





**Job Description** At Imprimmo, a company specialized in visual communication (visual merchandising, window display, advertising architecture, corporate branding, and activations), we are seeking a Permit and Inventory Management Coordinator. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate permits on shopping center platforms, ensuring proper management and approval. * Prepare, organize, and deliver necessary documentation to assigned technical staff. * Manage, control, and supervise examinations and documents required for personnel permits (EMO, SCTR, UP, police, criminal, and judicial records). * Generate purchase orders according to operational needs. * Receive, register, and organize materials and supplies. * Maintain updated records of acquired assets and materials inventory. * Control and supervise the entry and exit of tools through the assigned tracking team. **Requirements** * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Technical or professional studies in related fields (Business Administration or similar). * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Must reside in Chorrillos or nearby areas (essential). * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. **We Offer** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for professional growth within an established industry company.
