A leading company in the energy and infrastructure sector is seeking to hire an Investment Project Specialist to strengthen its financial analysis, project structuring, and economic evaluation processes. This role is critical for expanding the investment portfolio and requires an analytical, strategic approach focused on risk management and project viability across various stages (development, acquisition, and financing). The ideal candidate has solid experience in Project Finance, advanced financial modeling, and valuation of energy assets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop, audit, and maintain advanced financial models based on Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), including IRR, NPV, scenario modeling, and risk sensitivity analysis. * Participate in and/or lead comprehensive Due Diligence processes (financial, technical, legal, and commercial) to identify and quantify investment risks. * Support capital and debt structuring by preparing documentation for Project Finance, fundraising, and negotiations with financial institutions. * Analyze regulatory frameworks, tariffs, energy prices, and market trends affecting project profitability and sustainability. * Assist in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating key contracts such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), EPC contracts, and operational agreements. * Prepare high-level investment reports, presentations, and memoranda for Management, Executive Leadership, and Investment Committees. * Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (technical, legal, environmental, and financial) to ensure analytical consistency and sound decision-making. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Finance, investment banking, private equity, project evaluation, or energy infrastructure development. * Advanced proficiency in financial modeling in Excel, including complex projections, capital structure design, and financial metrics (WACC, IRR, DSCR, Equity IRR). * Solid understanding of energy markets, asset valuation concepts, and financial risk analysis. * Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. * Advanced English, both written and spoken.
