· Lead and optimize the areas of imports, warehouse, logistics, and dispatch. · Design efficient and sustainable operational processes, promoting continuous improvement. · Plan, manage, and design operational KPIs (service level, delivery times, logistics efficiency). · Coordinate with the commercial area to ensure supply and fulfillment of delivery commitments. · Supervise compliance with safety, health, and customs regulations. · Evaluate current logistics capabilities and propose necessary improvements or investments. · Negotiate and supervise agreements with logistics and transportation providers. · Lead automation or digitalization projects for operational processes. · Supervise the operational team and develop talent within the area. · Report regularly to General Management on the status of operations. · Ensure that operational processes are documented, controlled, and updated according to ISO 9001 Quality Management System guidelines.
