





**Human Resources Manager** We are looking for an experienced **Human Resources Manager** to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a specialization in Human Resources as well as the necessary experience in this field. **Responsibilities** * Personnel recruitment and hiring. * Staff authorization and pass generation through SICAM and other systems as required by the respective company. * Generation and renewal of medical exams, SCTR, VIDA LEY, and other safety-related documents. * Preparation of employment contracts and follow-up on signatures. * Keep worker records and employee lists up to date. * Monitor permits, vacations, medical leaves, and other applicable absences. * Collect, control, and verify monthly timesheet compliance reports prepared by project supervisors. * Payroll preparation under supervision of the accounting department, sending and tracking payment slip signatures. * Follow-up on employee training programs within the company. * Respond to employee inquiries. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations, safety, and occupational health standards. * Coordinate employee events and recognition activities. * Identify improvement opportunities and/or implement corrective actions to enhance processes. * Conduct job risk assessments related to safety and occupational health, ensuring compliance with safety standards regardless of specific duties. * Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in human resources. * Completion of a diploma or specialization program in human resources. * Proficiency in office software (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). * Leadership skills. * Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. **Benefits:** * Ongoing training. * Dynamic, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
