




We are **COSECHAS PERUANAS**, an agro-industrial company with extensive experience in the sale and distribution of selected fruits and vegetables, as well as an expanding range of processed products such as pastas, creams, jams, and dressings, along with the export of frozen products. Currently, we are looking for a **KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER (KAM)** to join our sales team. **REQUIREMENTS** * University graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 **years** of experience in similar roles (preferably in the agro-industrial, food, or mass consumer goods sectors). * Knowledge in **sales management, negotiation, B2B sales, and key account development.** * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency and experience with **CRM** tools. * Ability to plan, analyze, and manage strategic customer relationships. * Immediate availability and willingness to conduct client visits. * Updated resume. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Manage and strengthen commercial relationships with the company's key strategic clients. * Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and delivery terms. * Develop growth plans for each key account, ensuring achievement of sales targets. * Coordinate with operations, logistics, marketing, and production departments to ensure fulfillment of customer commitments. * Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competition to propose growth strategies. * Monitor profitability indicators, market share, and customer satisfaction. * Identify business opportunities and new strategic clients. * Prepare sales management reports and presentations for management. **BENEFITS** * **Working hours:** Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * **MYPE payroll inclusion** from day one, with all statutory benefits. * Opportunity for **career progression and professional development.** * **Ongoing training** in sales management and leadership. * Pleasant and collaborative work environment.
