Currently, we are looking for a **MAINTENANCE BUYER** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor's in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions within industrial, maintenance, or general service companies. **Knowledge:** * Purchasing and supply processes. * Supplier evaluation and selection. * Commercial negotiation. * Budget management and stock control. * ERP usage, intermediate Excel, and document management tools. **Personal Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Negotiation skills. * Honesty and commitment. * Effective communication. * Results and compliance orientation. * Teamwork. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, review, and consolidate purchase requests submitted by operational areas, maintenance, warehouse, and administration. * Verify warehouse stock availability before making new purchases. * Request quotes from different suppliers and prepare comparative tables of prices, delivery times, and conditions. * Negotiate with suppliers the best commercial terms, prioritizing quality and compliance. * Prepare purchase orders and process their approval by the Logistics Manager or General Management. * Coordinate timely delivery of materials and spare parts according to operational needs of sites and mobile units. * Monitor compliance with delivery schedules and quality of purchased products or services. * Manage registration, updating, and periodic evaluation of company suppliers. * Support internal audit processes and purchasing controls. * Ensure proper preservation of documents related to acquisitions (requests, quotes, purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices). * Comply with and enforce company-established purchasing procedures. * Coordinate with Accounting and Warehouse departments on acceptance of received goods and payment processing. * Ensure correct application of the budget allocated to each area or project. * Provide weekly reports to the Logistics Manager on purchase status and pending items. * Maintain confidentiality regarding prices, conditions, and purchasing strategies. **Benefits:** * Onboarding with full legal benefits from day one. * Market-competitive salary * Biweekly payments * Family allowance * Sctr * Career development opportunities If you meet the profile, apply through this channel and we will contact you, or send your CV to 960 386 865 for further information.
