DESCRIPTION * Execute and review the annual maintenance plan compliance for the shopping center. * Coordinate with the logistics department on quotations, requirements, and purchase orders related to specialized suppliers. * Periodically supervise and ensure the proper functioning of facilities and equipment in order to comply with applicable government regulations and oversee respective maintenance activities. * Supervise outsourced services within the shopping center (security, cleaning, maintenance, parking, etc.). * Establish control, preventive, and cost-saving plans for the shopping center's services and operations. * Ensure compliance with manuals, procedures, and policies established by the company and the Operations Management. * Coordinate with the Projects Management and receive expansions and constructions of the shopping center. * Provide support to the Projects Management's store review area. * Supervise and approve the delivery, opening, and return of leased stores. * Control expenses for electricity and potable water services. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields * Technical knowledge of generator sets (Essential) * Experience leading technical teams and service contractors (cleaning, security, maintenance, landscaping, external surveillance, parking). * Experience supervising or carrying out operations with generator sets, electrical systems, and technical power rooms (Essential) * Knowledge of asset and occupational safety, identification of unsafe acts and conditions.
