




Job Summary: We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead the positioning, growth, and strengthening of brands by developing and implementing marketing, branding, content, and event strategies. Coordinate brand events and manage strategic partnerships. We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to lead the positioning, growth, and strengthening of our brands **Kaldis, Kaldis Coffee Roasters, and Cítrica**. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing, branding, content, and event strategies that connect with our customers, strengthen brand experience, and ensure consistent execution across all touchpoints. **Main Responsibilities** · Develop and lead the execution of the annual marketing plan for the brands. · Continuously analyze sales, category, product, store, and customer behavior data to identify growth opportunities. · Design and propose promotions, campaigns, and marketing initiatives based on business metrics and results. · Measure campaign and event performance, generating reports and improvement recommendations. · Manage the annual calendar of campaigns, product launches, and events. · Coordinate strategic partnerships with companies and institutions. · Coordinate brand events and customer experiences. · Manage and update website content. · Coordinate content production, photo shoots, and audiovisual materials. · Review and approve graphic assets, videos, communication materials, and in-store touchpoints. · Oversee social media strategy. · Design marketing materials for stores, events, campaigns, and internal communications. · Coordinate with various company departments (operations, human resources, and commercial) and vendors to ensure proper execution of marketing activities. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Experience managing campaigns, events, and branding. * Experience analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and generating results-driven marketing proposals. * Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. * Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar). * Strong organizational, communication, planning, and teamwork skills. **Work Modality** · Availability to work onsite in San Isidro. · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturdays, 8:00 am \- 1:30 pm **Benefits:** · MYPE payroll registration · Semi-annual bonus · 15 days of vacation · Corporate benefits (30% discount across all our brands) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How many years of experience do you have as a marketing coordinator?
