





**Date:** Dec 11, 2025 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** Lead the execution strategy for brand plans in the short and medium term, ensuring their competitive and profitable growth through strategic vision, team leadership, and effective resource management. Develop your team. **What will you do in your role?** Manage the P&L of assigned categories through the design and implementation of strategy. Ensure achievement of objectives through active involvement in commercial processes: demand forecasting and tracking, profitability reviews, business reviews. Define objectives and develop long- and short-term strategic plans for assigned categories using OGSM and Category Plans. Lead a cross-functional team to enhance platform synergies. Define territories and attributes for each brand and design the communication strategy. Identify growth opportunities for assigned businesses through innovation. Manage the development plan for your team. Design brand campaigns, leading teamwork with external agencies (TV, Digital, Media) and internal cross-functional teams (Consumer Insights, Trade, Sales, DT, Media, Promotions, etc.). Define portfolio architecture and pricing strategy. **What do we need from you?** Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing roles. Experience leading cross-functional teams. Experience in Personal Care and/or related fields and platform channels (pharmacies, perfumeries, beauty retail, among others). University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communications, or related fields. MBA or Master’s in Business Management and Leadership preferred. Financial analysis skills, Advanced Excel, Commercial knowledge. Intermediate English. Intermediate Office skills.
