**NEW BUSINESS MANAGER / OIL & GAS INDUSTRY** **REQUIREMENTS:** · Professional degree in fields related to the gas and energy business, such as Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical), Economics or related fields. · Management training (MBA). · Technical knowledge of the gas and energy sector. · Knowledge of Management Systems and Corporate Structure. · More than 10 years of experience in the position or similar roles. · Advanced English language proficiency **(Essential).** · Based in Lima with availability to travel within the country as needed. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Define and propose portfolio of business opportunities in gas and energy. · Manage project portfolios, including financial planning and control. · Deeply understand the market and articulate value propositions through integrated solutions aimed at current and potential customers. · Identify and develop business opportunities and projects by analyzing the environment. · Negotiate terms of commercial contracts, supply agreements, joint ventures, and strategic alliances that generate sustainable value. · Represent the Company before government entities, private companies, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. · Establish and manage risks associated with the Business Plan, evaluating their impact, benefits, and expected return. · Lead and integrate multidisciplinary teams, including technical, legal/regulatory, and commercial components. · Prepare and present investment projects to General Management, the Board of Directors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders. · Perform other duties assigned by the Commercial Management. **BENEFITS:** · Market-competitive salary. · Employment under general regime.
