




We are looking for a dynamic and proactive student of Administration, International Business, or related fields to join our retail team in the men's beauty sector. The ideal candidate will be someone with an excellent service attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in men's personal care. **REQUIREMENTS** * Active student in the final cycles of Administration, International Business, or related studies. * With or without experience in similar roles. Intermediate level Excel skills (desirable). * A motivated individual eager to learn and challenge themselves. * Availability for in-person work in Carmen de la Legua. * Availability to work retail hours, including weekends. * Interest in the men's beauty industry. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Filing documents both physically and digitally. * Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events. * Issuing receipts, invoices, delivery notes, and similar documents in the billing system. * Administrative accounting tasks (recording purchase invoices). * Handling and managing petty cash. * Processing termination documents and staff reduction notifications. * Supporting the process of settling social benefits. * Monitoring and tracking payment of services at the assigned location. * Monitoring tax and municipal fees payments. * Preparing reports, letters, and other documentation as requested by the immediate supervisor. * Updating customer and supplier records. * Receiving documents. * Other duties as required by the department. **BENEFITS** * Pre-professional internship agreement. * Learning within a corporate environment. * Career development path.
