**About us** **Functions** * Provide advice to current and potential customers to generate effective sales and meet the company's established sales targets. * Verify with the customer the receipt of the purchased product or service, quality, satisfaction, and their experience with the service received. * Carry out fieldwork and necessary activities to increase the customer portfolio. * Manage, follow up, and resolve any service issues that may arise. * Identify customer needs and design customized service proposals. * Follow up and maintain relationships with existing clients to achieve customer loyalty. **Knowledge and Requirements** * Knowledge and/or experience in sales techniques, customer service, customer prospecting, customer portfolio development and management, and commercial proposal development. * Desired knowledge in selling tangible products. * Desired proficiency in any sales software (internet, digital applications, etc.) * Basic to intermediate level in Microsoft Office. * Skills: verbal fluency, persuasion, and results orientation.
