We sell healthy desserts and operate exclusively via delivery. We are in a growth phase and are looking for an organized, proactive individual with a commercial mindset. We need someone who can increase sales, improve customer service, and contribute fresh ideas to drive the brand forward. This is an in-person role at our workshop in Surquillo. We aim to bring on board a self-motivated individual focused on results and eager to grow alongside us. ***What will you do?*** ***Sales & Customer Service*** * Respond to inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels. * Manage WhatsApp and send messages via WhatsApp. * Convert inquiries into sales (daily order closing). * Provide clear information about products, pricing, and deliveries. * Follow up until sale completion and delivery. * Create a customer database. ***Order Management*** * Systematically record all daily sales. * Coordinate daily orders with production. * Verify packaging, quality, and order assembly. ***Commercial Development*** * Propose ideas to increase weekly and monthly sales. * Identify sales opportunities with new and existing customers. * Support the creation of promotions, bundles, or campaigns. * Suggest improvements in customer service, communication, or product presentation. ***Kitchen Support*** * Wash basic utensils. * Package, label, and assemble boxes. * Provide simple assistance in assembly when required. ***Requirements*** * Sales and customer service orientation. * Organized, responsible, and self-motivated individual. * Strong communication skills and ability to resolve inquiries. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Interest in the world of healthy desserts (optional but ideal). ***We Offer*** * The opportunity to join a growing brand. * A warm, flexible work environment with room to propose ideas. * Opportunities for growth within the team. ***Schedule:*** Monday to Friday: 10:30 am – 7:30 pm Saturday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm (In-person – Surquillo) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,320.00 – S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: In-person employment
