We work with the joy of achieving the impossible together. **Job Description** **What is this role about?** Coordinate the execution of processes according to company guidelines, ensuring the achievement of monthly sales targets and excellence in performance indicators through optimization of operational performance. **Key challenges of the role:** * Prepare the pre-shift meeting for the sales team to review results, plan volumes, commercial strategies, and set the daily objectives. * Conduct direct route follow-up to monitor the sales process (sales steps, pitch, customer knowledge) and assess seller performance. * Perform indirect route supervision as needed to improve results, visiting all clients and checking cold equipment status to evaluate impact on outcomes. * Conduct individual end-of-day reviews, holding sellers accountable for their results to ensure successful achievement of targets. * Create and manage new customer accounts and cancellations to optimize route efficiency and maintain an updated list of active customers. * Prepare and justify a list for trade marketing plan installations aimed at increasing sales, customer loyalty, and brand visibility. * Utilize analysis data provided by analysts (sales tracking, coverage, incentives) to monitor sales trends and identify specific indicator needs, thereby optimizing seller performance. **Requirements** **Who are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Industrial Engineering. * Previous experience as a Sales Supervisor or Sales Analyst in the fast-moving consumer goods industry. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Additional Information** The mission of Grupo Mariposa is to promote growth and sustainability within the global food and beverage industry.
