This estimator level is based on extensive experience and exposure to various project types and clients. Must have a clear understanding and ability to work with engineering drawings and specifications. **Responsibilities:** CAPEX estimates for copper mining Preparation of direct and indirect costs Economic evaluation of projects Sensitivity and risk analysis Benchmarking and cost databases Coordination with engineering, procurement and construction Delivery of proposals, presentations and reports, as well as collaboration with stakeholders and management. **Requirements:****Specific Knowledge:** **Specific Experience:** Professional with over 10 years of experience preparing capital cost (CAPEX) estimates for mining projects, specializing in the copper sector. Knowledge across all stages of the project lifecycle—from conceptual studies through detailed engineering and execution—providing accurate and strategic analyses that support financial and technical decision-making. Possesses in-depth knowledge of estimation methodologies (AACE Class 5 to Class 1), cost breakdown structures (WBS), cost benchmarking, risk analysis, and software tools such as Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE), Cleopatra, and advanced Excel. Experience includes greenfield and brownfield projects in Latin America, with a focus on operational efficiency, regulatory compliance and sustainability. **Academic Qualifications, Certifications, Training:** Professional engineering degree with active registration at the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú (\#CIP). **HSE Skills:** Actively promotes behaviors aligned with our LIFE values and applicable HSE policies for assigned projects. **IT Skills:** Advanced proficiency in Excel and intermediate skills in Microsoft environment (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Intermediate-level experience with document management software; familiarity with Cleopatra is desirable. **Personal Competencies:** Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams, lead estimation review processes, coordinate with engineering, procurement and construction, and present results to senior-level stakeholders.
