Position Mission: Lead the company's occupational health, safety, and environmental management system, ensuring proper compliance with established laws and regulations, positively impacting the company's production processes and contributing to competitive advantage. Job Requirements: * Professional degree holder and registered member in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, HSE, or related fields * Minimum of 4 years of experience in similar or coordination roles * Master’s degree in Safety (Desirable) * Completion of a diploma program in occupational health and safety management * Completion of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 training courses * Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel Job Responsibilities: * Lead the planning and implementation of safety, occupational health, and environmental initiatives, fostering a positive work environment that supports team competency development and accountability * Maintain effective and timely communication with team members, organizational departments, suppliers, and clients * Implement and ensure compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Plan across all organizational levels * Structure the SHE team based on project type and responsibilities * Participate in the selection process for SHE personnel * Participate in commercial bids regarding SHE-related matters on construction sites * Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to SHE * Plan, organize, direct, review, and monitor compliance with the PASST in coordination with the SST Committee Employment Type: Full-time Application Questions: * How many years of certified experience do you have as a Safety Manager, Coordinator, or in similar positions? * Please specify your profession and CIP registration number * Please state your salary expectations (gross amount, on payroll) Work Location: On-site employment
