**SITE RESIDENT \- AREQUIPA** Requirements: * Licensed and registered Professional in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Must have 10 years of experience **AS SITE RESIDENT IN EDUCATIONAL BUILDING PROJECTS**, experience counted from the date of professional registration. * Must document at least 05 participations as Site Resident and/or Resident Engineer and/or Construction Supervisor and/or Supervision Manager in **SIMILAR PROJECTS.** * Experience in projects supervised and/or executed using BIM methodology (Knowledge and/or courses and/or specialized studies related to BIM methodology). **SIMILAR PROJECTS**: "Public and/or private buildings for universities and/or educational centers and/or hospitals and/or commercial centers and/or correctional facilities and/or laboratories and/or research centers and/or multi-family buildings over 08 floors and/or office buildings over 06 floors and/or health posts and/or health centers and/or clinics and/or public buildings involving construction, adaptation, reconstruction, remodeling, improvement, expansion, replacement, or any combination of the above activities." * Availability to work in AREQUIPA.
