Availability to complete training from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM \- 3:00 PM (4 weeks) Availability to work 40 weekly hours, from Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off. (Days off vary according to conditions) **Shift Ranges:** **Range 1:** 6:00 AM \- 3:00 PM **Range 2:** 2:00 PM \- 11:00 PM **Range 3:** 10:00 PM \- 7:00 AM What will you do as a social media expert? Review user-generated content on the platform, including text descriptions from social media applications, messages to organizers, comments, and images. Interpret user-generated content according to the area and take appropriate actions on accounts according to internal policies and procedures. Ensure the main area continues complying with applicable regulations. Identify high-risk accounts and support mitigating risks associated with individual, commercial, and nonprofit creators on the platforms. Review notifications of unauthorized payments, respond to disputes between issuers, and carry out any necessary communication. Provide high-quality email and occasional phone support to customers and other stakeholders to ensure creator authenticity and secure media delivery to users. Interact with customers to complete investigation requirements, report account status, and offer general support within the context of risk management. Review customer appeals regarding account removals.
