Area:: Commercial and Operations Reports to: Commercial Manager / Operations Manager POSITION OBJECTIVE Provide technical-commercial support in managing business opportunities, preparing economic proposals and technical files related to environmental consulting services, ensuring compliance with current regulations and contributing to the company's commercial growth through specialized attention to potential and existing clients. MAIN FUNCTIONS Technical Functions \- Prepare quotations and technical-economic proposals for environmental consulting services (EIA, DIA, IGA, environmental monitoring, among others). \- Prepare and review technical files for environmental projects according to terms of reference and applicable regulations. \- Provide basic technical advice to clients on Environmental Management Instruments (IGA) and regulatory requirements. \- Participate in the review of technical documentation and administrative bases for public and private tenders. \- Keep the database of projects, quotations and technical files up to date. Commercial Functions \- Support prospecting and tracking of commercial opportunities in the environmental sector. \- Follow up on sent quotations and coordinate meetings with potential clients. \- Prepare commercial presentations and supporting materials for client visits. \- Participate in commercial meetings providing technical support when required. \- Maintain effective communication with clients to address inquiries and requirements. Administrative Functions \- Prepare commercial management reports and quotation analysis. \- Process and organize technical and commercial information in management systems. \- Coordinate internally with technical departments for proposal formulation. \- Support documentation management for contracts and service orders. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Academic Background: \- Bachelor's degree or University Title in Environmental Engineering, Geographical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (Mandatory). \- Specialization studies or diplomas in environmental management, commercial management or related fields (Desirable). Work Experience \- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions combining technical and commercial functions. \- Proven experience in preparing quotations and/or technical proposals. \- Experience in preparation or review of environmental technical files (Desirable). \- Experience in environmental consulting, mining, energy or industrial sector companies (Desirable). Technical Knowledge \- Solid knowledge of Environmental Management Instruments (EIA, DIA, IGAC, PMA, etc.). \- Up-to-date knowledge of current Peruvian environmental regulations (Law No. 28611, D.S. 019-2009-MINAM, applicable sectorial regulations). \- Knowledge of environmental certification processes and environmental permits. \- Knowledge of the environmental consulting sector and its main clients (mining, energy, infrastructure, industry). Computer Skills \- Intermediate level Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) – Mandatory. \- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, basic macros) – Mandatory. \- Proficiency with georeferencing software (ArcGIS, QGIS) – Desirable. \- Knowledge of CRM or commercial management systems – Desirable.
