Join us as a **Field Heavy Machinery Mechanical Technician** for the **Carretera Tauca Pallasca project located in Ancash.** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or qualified Technician in Heavy Machinery Maintenance, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. \- Have **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles. \- Knowledge in Diesel Engines, Hydraulic Systems, Transmissions, Electrical Systems, and others. \- Valid A2B driver's license. (Essential) \- Basic knowledge of norms, procedures, and policies related to Occupational Safety and Health. \- Must reside in Piura, Lambayeque, or Northern regions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Carry out maintenance activities assigned by the Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager or responsible technician in charge of the zone or project. \- Perform preventive maintenance according to maintenance checklists established by the Technical Department; complete records, obtain client signatures, and submit them to the supervisor. \- Conduct equipment performance evaluations and prepare technical reports. \- Take care of and ensure the maintenance of company resources such as vehicles, spare parts, tools, cell phones, and other assets assigned. \- Operate company vehicles responsibly, complying with established policies. \- Report all daily activities to the Field ST Assistant and/or Supervisor/ \- Field Coordinator through daily reports, IST signed by the client, and predictive reports. \- Develop improvement projects related to maintenance management, safety, and environmental protection. \- Coordinate with clients and project analysts/specialists/supervisors/coordinators. \- Submit expense reports for allowances provided by the company according to the Expense Policy. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** \- Travel allowance covered. \- Full payroll with all legal benefits. \- Biweekly and end-of-month payments. \- 21 x 9 work schedule.
