Join us as a **Field Heavy Equipment Mechanical Technician** for the project **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Graduate or qualified Technician in Heavy Machinery Maintenance, Automotive Mechanics, or related fields. \- **2 to 3 years** of experience in similar roles. \- Knowledge in Diesel Engines, Hydraulic Systems, Transmissions, Electrical Systems, and others. \- Valid A2B driver's license. (Mandatory) \- Basic knowledge of safety, procedures, and occupational health policies. \- Must reside in Lima. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Carry out maintenance tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Coordinator/Manager or responsible technician in charge of the area or project. \- Perform preventive maintenance according to technical maintenance guidelines established by the Technical Department; complete records, obtain client signatures, and submit them to the respective supervisor. \- Conduct equipment performance evaluations and prepare technical reports. \- Safeguard and maintain company resources such as vehicles, spare parts, tools, cell phones, and other assets assigned. \- Operate company vehicles in compliance with established policies. \- Report all daily activities to the Field ST Assistant and/or Field Supervisor/Coordinator through daily reports, signed ISTs, and predictive reports. \- Develop improvement initiatives in maintenance management, safety, and environmental protection. \- Coordinate with clients and project analysts/specialists/supervisors/coordinators. \- Submit expense reports for allowances provided by the company according to the Expense Policy. \- Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** \- Travel allowance covered. \- Full payroll with all statutory benefits. \- Biweekly and end-of-month payments. \- 21 x 9 work schedule.
