




At Beca Inmobiliaria, we are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Record company accounting transactions in the ERP (Odoo). * Perform monthly bank reconciliations and control cash/bank movements. * Verify the correct issuance, receipt, and filing of payment vouchers. * Support the preparation of monthly tax filings (IGV, Income Tax, withholdings, deductions, collections). * Collaborate in managing accounts payable and receivable in coordination with relevant departments. * Maintain updated physical and digital accounting records. * Assist in monthly accounting closing and internal or external audits. * Coordinate with suppliers and customers on accounting documentation matters. **Technical Skills:** * Recording accounting transactions: expenses, income, banking, payroll, and expenditures. * Knowledge of **basic Peruvian taxation** (IGV, withholdings, deductions, collections). * Familiarity with the **General Business Accounting Plan (PCGE)**. * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Execution of mass withholding payments. * Issuance of electronic invoices. * Assistance in preparing monthly filings (PDT, PLAME, electronic ledgers). * Intermediate proficiency in **Excel and Google Sheets** (pivot tables, reconciliations, validations). * Desired: Basic understanding of **IFRS for SMEs** and real estate accounting (advances, valuations, cost of property sales). **Experience:** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in accounting roles (preferably in real estate or construction sectors). * Experience with **accounting and administrative ERP systems** is desirable, with knowledge of **Odoo** being highly valued.
