MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. **Social Media and Content Management:** o Create, plan, and execute engaging and valuable content for our social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and other digital channels. o Maintain **consistent and fluid communication** with our audience by promptly and professionally responding to comments and messages. 2\. **Sales and Communication Strategies:** o Develop and implement digital and traditional marketing plans focused on increasing sales of hardware and white goods items. o Generate support materials for the sales team (presentations, digital catalogs, *brochures*). 3\. **Customer Relationship and Retention:** o Identify and contact potential B2B (distributors, hardware stores, construction companies) and B2C customers. o Coordinate and execute customer loyalty and post\-sale follow\-up campaigns. REQUIRED PROFILE: · **Education:** Graduate or technical professional in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields. · **Experience:** Minimum 1 to 2 years in similar roles, preferably in the hardware, construction, or white goods sector. · **Communication Skills (Essential!):** o **Excellent verbal and written fluency** for customer service and product presentations. o Ability to generate **empathy** and establish strong long\-term business relationships. · **Digital Proficiency:** o Advanced knowledge of major **Social Media platforms (as sales and communication tools)**. o Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (corel, adobe, Canva, CapCut, etc.) and email marketing platforms.
