As leaders in innovation and technological development, we seek experts who can drive sustainable development and deliver solutions to the world’s greatest challenges, including global warming, overpopulation, and water scarcity.** **Position Description** At **ACCIONA**, for its **INDUSTRIAL** business unit, we are currently seeking a **PLANNING ASSISTANT** for a Transmission Line and Substation project in the Ica region: **Mission:** Provide support to the Project Control department in planning, monitoring, and analyzing the progress and performance indicators of the ICACLIC project, ensuring timely and reliable availability of information required for decision-making and contributing to the achievement of project objectives. **Candidate Requirements** **Responsibilities:** -------------- * ### **Support updating and monitoring project planning, verifying compliance with milestones, activities, and committed dates.** * ### **Collect, consolidate, and review progress information from various project areas, ensuring consistency and timeliness.** * ### **Support preparation and updating of periodic monitoring reports, as well as dashboards and project indicators.** * ### **Collaborate in comparative analysis between planned and actual progress, identifying deviations and alerts for timely communication.** * ### **Support identification and monitoring of constraints, interferences, or factors that may impact project planning compliance.** * ### **Support preparation of presentations, executive reports, and other documentation required for project management and monitoring.** * ### **Coordinate with various project areas for collection and validation of information necessary for control and monitoring.** * ### **Participate in monitoring meetings and support recording of agreements, commitments, and follow-up actions.** * ### **Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor within the scope of Project Control.** **Profile:** **Academic Qualifications / Degree:** ------------------------------------- * ### **Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related fields.** **Experience:** ---------------- * ### **One year of pre-professional or professional internships at construction companies.** **Additional Knowledge:** ---------------------------------- * ### **Google Earth** * ### **Project management software (MS Project and Primavera)** * ### **Office productivity suite** **Soft Skills:** ------------------------ * Communication at all levels * Teamwork ACCIONA has received the Top Employer certification for 2024 and 2025.
