Collaborate in the implementation of flowcharts and procedure manuals. Coordinate with different departments to gather information about their processes. Propose improvements focused on efficiency and management control. Prepare reports and track progress in optimization projects. **Requirements:** Student in the final cycles or graduate of Industrial Engineering. Knowledge in process management (preferably implementation experience). Proficiency in MS Office, Bizagi, S10 (optional). Responsible, organized, and proactive individual.
