**Position Description:** At Investipencil, a leading company in advisory and editorial management services for scientific articles in indexed databases (Scopus, Scielo, Latindex, among others), we are seeking a committed professional with an academic vocation and editorial management capabilities. Position Profile: * Professional in **Communication, Education, Linguistics, Library Science, Social Sciences or related fields**. * Experience or training in **scientific publishing, academic writing, or editorial management**. * Knowledge of publication processes in **indexed journals (Scopus, Scielo, Latindex)**. * Proficiency in **APA / Vancouver / IEEE standards** and review tools (**Turnitin, Grammarly**). * Intermediate to advanced level of **technical English** (reading and writing). * Familiarity with platforms such as **OJS, Elsevier Editorial Manager, or ScholarOne** is desirable. Main Responsibilities: * Coordinate **interactions with journals and publishers** for manuscript submission and follow-up. * **Adapt, review, and edit scientific manuscripts** according to the editorial guidelines of each journal. * Communicate feedback and progress to authors professionally and promptly. * Draft **cover letters, responses to reviewers**, and supplementary documents. * Support the **management of internal editorial processes** and track publication performance indicators. * **Work schedule:** Part time (5 hours per day, Monday to Friday). * **Work mode:** On-site * **Salary:** **S/ 1,000 – S/ 1,200 monthly**, depending on experience and performance. * **Growth opportunities** within the editorial team.
