Prepare the Institution's Income Statements by Business Unit according to the accounting closing schedule. Perform preliminary analysis for the partial or full closure of investment orders, fixed assets, and execute the closure as appropriate. Execute month/year-end fixed asset closing processes (Depreciation, Amortization), as well as the annual Fixed Asset exercise closing. Analysis and control of construction in progress. Prepare fixed asset accounting reports as required. Calculation, analysis, provision, and documentary review of the company's operational lease contracts in accordance with IFRS 16 (Leases). Perform other duties supporting the accounting department to prepare internal and external reports according to financial audit processes, tax reviews, SUNAT and SUNEDU inspections. Requirements University graduate or bachelor's degree holder in Accounting. Advanced knowledge of office software. Broad accounting, tax, and financial knowledge (IFRS).
