





The position involves performing the following functions: \- Control of accounting and administrative documentation. \- Invoicing, quotations, collections \- Handling files in Excel and Word \- Document drafting \- Coordination with clients and suppliers. \- Searching and opening new accounts / potential customers. \- Reporting results to Management. Requirements: \- Experience as secretary and/or in sales (desirable). \- Proficiency in Office software \- Good writing skills. \- Articulate and responsible \- Knowledge of Social Media \- Indicate salary expectations This is a full-time, indefinite-term position. We are located in Los Cedros, Chorrillos. The job is on-site from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (one-hour lunch break), and on Saturdays work is remote during previously coordinated hours.
