WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of experience PROFILE: * Basic knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Knowledge of working hours (atypical schedules). * Knowledge of basic labor legislation and regulations related to contracts, social benefits, and rest periods. * Intermediate level Excel skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Address employee needs, concerns, and requests. * Serve as a liaison between employees and management to improve internal communication. * Support in recruitment and selection processes (posting vacancies, screening, interviews). * Coordinate the induction and integration of new employees. * Prepare and manage hiring documentation (contracts, certificates, records, etc.). * Monitor attendance and punctuality (permissions, vacations, leaves). * Keep contract records and renewals up to date. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
