Become part of a team passionate about excellence and growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and edit short videos, reels, and clips for social media and institutional campaigns, as well as appear in videos. * Design graphic materials such as infographics, banners, and presentations that represent our corporate identity. * Manage social media by scheduling posts, moderating interactions, and coordinating paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. * Monitor, analyze, and report digital metrics to optimize strategies. * Organize and manage the institutional audiovisual and graphic archive. * Support audiovisual coverage of events and field activities, including photography and video. * Collaborate in the technical and multimedia organization of in-person and virtual events. * Propose creative and innovative ideas to strengthen market positioning. * Perform other communications and multimedia-related tasks according to team needs. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical degree or graduate in marketing, audiovisual production, advertising, design, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in audiovisual content creation and social media management. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere) and creative platforms such as Canva and Capcut.
