





Functions: \- Register in T\-Registro, employee entries, exits and beneficiaries. \- Monitor the expiration of Contracts and agreements. \- Control and maintain personnel files for each operational unit. \- Issue and deliver employee pay slips. \- Follow up on the generation of monthly insurance policies for workers. (Life Insurance, Fola, Eps, SCTR). \- Handle internal claims (Payments, Pay Slips, Family Allowance, etc.). \- Monitor personnel status (active, terminations, absences). \- Assist in handling inspections by SUNAFIL and SUNAT. Requirements: \- Bachelor's degree or graduate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management or related fields. \- Minimum 03 years of experience in similar positions. \- Experience in Service companies. \- Experience in companies providing personnel to state entities. \- Advanced knowledge of Excel. \- Basic knowledge of payroll calculations, bonuses, CTS, vacations, social benefits settlements.
