**PROFILE:** * Have social and customer service skills. * Need extensive knowledge about different types of beverages and cocktails, including their ingredients, flavors, and preparation techniques. * Have completed courses or specializations in areas such as bars, mixology, bartending, cocktail making, among others. * Be familiar with bar tools and equipment, as well as possess precise mixing and pouring skills. * Experience in inventory management and developing beverage menus. * Must have teamwork skills, effective communication, ability to work under pressure, and problem-solving capabilities. * Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety and know how to serve alcohol responsibly while complying with applicable laws and regulations. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Greet customers courteously and seat them at the appropriate table if necessary. * Ask customers what they would like to drink and advise them on products that best match their tastes. * Prepare drinks from the menu requested by customers: cocktails, coffees, infusions, etc. * Distribute and serve drinks and accompaniments. * Clean glasses, cups, plates, etc. * Clean tables and the bar counter. * Rearrange chairs and bar stools. * Place dishware and utensils back in their proper places after washing. * Organize products in the most convenient manner. * Bid customers farewell politely and thank them for their visit. * Manage merchandise storage and inventory. * Carry out all appropriate safety and hygiene procedures, among other duties.
