




We are looking for a creative and results-driven Community Manager to help us maintain an active digital presence, manage and promote our social media channels and current promotions. **Functions:** * Schedule and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok (photos and videos) * Respond to messages and interactions on social media. * Report on reach, engagement, and followers. * Assist with recordings within the company. * Organize and execute a weekly content calendar. * Adapt posts to avoid penalties and restrictions, especially on TikTok. * Maintain brand visual identity and tone of voice. **Requirements:** * Graduate in Communication and Marketing, Advertising, Communication Sciences, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management. * Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok (knowledge of guidelines and policies). * Basic skills in CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Pages. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Creativity, initiative, and organizational skills. * Availability to work 2 days per week at our office in Ate - Huaycan - next to the Huaycan terminal. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work model. * Salary negotiable based on experience. * Dynamic work environment.
