**We are looking for a Community Manager!** At **Solutions Hermanos Maza S.A.C.**, a company dedicated to **moving, transportation, and logistics services**, we are seeking a **creative and proactive Community Manager** who can help us strengthen our digital presence and connect closely with our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Develop content calendar with posts optimized for paid advertising (Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads) * Publish content on social media using different formats that perform best in paid campaigns. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management. * Create and manage content for our social media platforms. * Monitor social media trends to support marketing efforts. * Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis and prepare presentations for the department. * Develop and execute digital marketing strategies on social media. * Record, edit, and produce high-quality videos, including voice-over recording, testimonials, and speeches, to generate attractive and professional content. REQUIREMENTS: * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, photography, and video editing. * Minimum of 1 year of experience as a community manager, designer, or related field. * Knowledge of image and video editing tools: CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, and similar software. * Experience managing social media platforms and marketing campaigns such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, among others.
