CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES DESCRIPTION: \- Responding to recurring customer inquiries. \- Scheduling assigned patient appointments for each day and organizing the timetable to avoid overlapping services. \- Guiding customers through the process of requesting the services they need. \- Customer follow-up and retention. \- Closing sales with daily targets. \- Knowledge of all payment methods. \- Managing the system. \- Printing daily cash and sales reports. \- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor. SCHEDULE: \- Monday to Sunday, 12-hour shifts with one day off per week. REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum one year of experience in customer service and sales. \- Completed secondary education and/or technical studies. \- Ability to work in a team. \- Adaptability to change. \- Customer orientation. \- Negotiation skills. \- Customer retention skills. \- Immediate availability to work in the Cercado de Lima district.
