Position Description ACCIONA in its Concessions Business is seeking to hire the following professional: Mission: Provide support to the property management team in charge of the consultant assigned for the CTMQ project, and participate in the development and implementation of the project's social management strategy. Candidate Requirements Requirements:* Bachelor's degree in agronomy, law, anthropology, or related fields. * Specialization course or diploma in socio-environmental conflict management. * Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in property or social management of linear projects (gas pipelines, electricity, roads). * Knowledge of digital tools such as Google Earth. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Fluency in Cusco Quechua (Desirable) * Valid driver's license (Desirable) Responsibilities:* Provide support and accompaniment to the property management team of the designated consultant for this activity. * Monitor agreements reached by the property consultant. * Contribute to the design and implementation of the project's social management strategy. * Participate in community assembly meetings, owner boards, and other collective activities related to the project's interest groups. * Manage logistical requirements for the execution of the social management strategy. * The position involves interaction with interest groups from the Southern Sierra region of Peru. * Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor.
