




Job Description: PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND: Bachelor's degree or Licentiate in Administration or related fields. Availability to work in **Fhiladelfia - Ate** and reside in nearby areas (Huaycán, Horacio Zevallos, Santa Clara, San Juan de Pariachi, Vitarte, Ñaña, Chosica, Carapongo). WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year of experience PROFILE: * Basic knowledge of personnel recruitment and selection processes. * Knowledge of non-standard working hours (atypical shifts) * Knowledge of basic labor legislation and regulations related to contracts, social benefits, and rest periods. * Intermediate level Excel skills RESPONSIBILITIES: * Address employee needs, concerns, and requests. * Act as a liaison between employees and management to improve internal communication. * Support in recruitment and selection processes (posting vacancies, screening, interviews). * Coordinate induction and onboarding of new employees. * Prepare and manage hiring documentation (contracts, certificates, forms, etc.). * Monitor attendance and punctuality (permits, vacations, leaves). * Keep contract records and renewals up to date. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
