The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in recruitment, selection, training, payroll, and personnel administration processes. **Responsibilities**: * Support recruitment and selection of security personnel. * Manage employee documentation (contracts, licenses, certificates). * Assist with attendance tracking, vacation scheduling, and leave requests. * Collaborate in the design and implementation of training programs. * Provide support in payroll and social benefits management. * Maintain up-to-date employee database. * Assist in resolving employee inquiries and labor disputes. **Requirements**: * Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge of Peruvian labor legislation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and teamwork ability. * Interpersonal and effective communication skills. **Benefits**: * Competitive salary. * Professional development opportunities. * Excellent work environment.
