A leader in our field, we are looking for a Human Resources professional who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS: * Live in areas adjacent to Carabayllo. * Have at least 6 months of experience in the position or similar roles. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel. * Technical or university studies in Psychology, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Assist in the personnel recruitment and selection process. 2\. Support the search, design, and application of concise workplace climate surveys and/or tests, process results, and prepare corresponding reports. 2\. Supervise the daily attendance tracking of all staff and inform direct supervisors of employees' daily absences. 3\. Register and validate new personnel in the biometric system. 4\. Update and verify the employee database. 5\. Monitor and ensure compliance with the Training and Development Plan for employee growth in coordination with company supervisors. 6\. Coordinate with supervisors to ensure new staff have received induction training in Quality, Safety and Health at Work, and Sales. 7\. Process employee requests. 8\. Assist in planning integration activities outlined in the Social Welfare Plan to enhance motivation among our team members. 9\. Follow up and monitor Performance Evaluations, Climate Assessments, and others. 10\. Manage the preparation of periodic Human Resources reports including statistics on hiring, absenteeism, turnover, and other KPIs. 11\. Assist in information dissemination and integration activities. 12\. Document filing.
