




**Job Description:** We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join our team. The selected candidate will provide support in personnel administration, recruitment and selection processes, as well as in benefits management and assistance with workplace climate issues. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the recruitment and selection process. * Keep employee files and databases up to date. * Manage attendance, vacations, leave requests, and medical leaves. * Prepare reports related to payroll and social benefits. * Assist in induction processes, training sessions, and team integration activities. * Provide support during internal audits and compliance with labor regulations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in human resources (preferably in recruitment and payroll). * Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of basic labor legislation. * Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site position Job Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site position
