




We are currently looking for personnel for the human resources department, with experience in selection processes and people management who can join our work team. **Requirements:** * Female * Age between 24 and 28 years old * Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources, specifically in personnel selection. * Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to work under pressure and in a team. * Training related to Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or similar fields. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Time management, team leadership, and conflict resolution skills. * Required: Intermediate to advanced level in Excel. **Responsibilities:** * Post job openings and manage recruitment sources (websites, social media, others) * Interview candidates. * Carry out personnel selection processes. * Advise supervisors on personnel selection and retention strategies. * Support in planning and implementing employee training and development programs. * Assist in personnel supervision. * Keep personnel records and payroll updated. * Assist in organizing events and trainings. * Regularly report staff turnover and performance indicators to General Management. * Monitor and control employee attendance and absences. * Organize staffing. **We Offer:** * Promotion opportunities. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Career path. * Market-competitive remuneration.
