Responsibilities · Create audiovisual content · Launch Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, Performance Max. · Monitor and edit Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, among others. · Analyze and interpret data in Google Analytics · Basic tag configuration in Google Tag Manager · Develop, create, and execute Instagram content grid (Posts, Stories, and Reels) · Control and manage budgets allocated for Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and other advertising platforms · Monitor and analyze performance indicators and statistics across all social networks: engagement, community growth, reach, among others. (CRM). · Fulfill other job-related functions assigned by their immediate supervisor. Requirements: · Studies in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields · Proficiency in video and audio editing software · Knowledge: Google Ads, Analytics, and Tag Manager (verifiable), Copywriting, analysis and interpretation of metrics (KPIs) · Minimum 1 year of experience as a Community Manager, Marketing Assistant, or in digital marketing and/or social media. · Familiarity with Shopify, Mailchimp, and Canva platforms. · Proactivity, judgment, and curiosity. · Good communication skills · Social skills: emotional intelligence, teamwork, assertive communication. · Must reside in Chorrillos, Barranco, or nearby areas Benefits · Formal employment contract · Biweekly payments · Positive work environment Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,350.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
