




At **Louhma Esthetic** we are looking for a **Message Manager** responsible for effectively handling and responding to messages received through our social media and WhatsApp. Your main role will be to provide clear and personalized information about our aesthetic treatments, with the goal of guiding patients toward a free evaluation or appointment scheduling. **Responsibilities:** * Respond to messages on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. * Provide accurate information about treatments, promotions, and services. * Professionally and courteously address common patient inquiries. * Coordinate appointment scheduling and properly refer to relevant departments. * Maintain proper follow-up on pending conversations. * Assist in improving digital customer service processes. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service via digital messaging. * Strong writing, spelling, and written communication skills. * Basic knowledge of social media and WhatsApp Business. * Familiarity with aesthetic treatments is desirable (not mandatory). * Ability to work in an organized, efficient, and empathetic manner. **We Offer:** * Training on our treatments and service protocols. * A positive work environment. * Opportunities for professional development within the center.
