




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Graduates and/or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration or related fields. * At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection. * Intermediate level of **Excel** (mandatory). * Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Experience using job portals and various recruitment sources, selection techniques. * Strong knowledge of personnel selection techniques. * Social media management experience. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Create and post job openings on recruitment sources according to requirements, efficiently managing our job banks for selection following company procedures. * Analyze CVs to verify the extent to which requested requirements are met. * Conduct telephone screening to assess candidate qualifications and schedule interviews. * Carry out evaluations of applicants to ensure they possess the desired skills necessary to perform the job functions. * Manage complete documentation and deliver full files of new employees to human resources. * Develop the induction process for new staff. * Coordinate with internal clients regarding their selection processes. * Update and propose new sources and partnerships for recruitment. * Prepare reports and updates on the progress of hiring processes. * Handle necessary documentation for the hiring of new employees. * Prepare reports requested by management regarding the recruitment and selection process. * Schedule and organize appointments, meetings, and/or interviews as needed. * Propose and update job profiles as required. **CONDITIONS:** * Availability to work in the Callao district * Immediate availability * Payroll from day one * Contract under MYPE regime Job type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Work location: On-site position
