Michie Group is seeking a Full Time professional who can combine the strategy of a Social Media Manager with skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing. This is a key role for our brand, and the salary will be reviewed and increased after an initial trial period and achievement of objectives. We are looking for talent with a long-term vision. The selected candidate will be fully responsible for digital content and community management: **Strategy and Content:** * Develop the strategy and weekly/monthly editorial calendar. * Research trends to create relevant and engaging content. **Graphic Design:** * Create and adapt the visual identity on social media. * Design **graphic elements**. * Proficiency with design tools. **Video Editing:** * Edit **short videos** (Reels, TikToks) using tools such as CapCut or Premiere Pro. **Account Management:** * Constant interaction with the community and timely management of messages and comments. Essential Requirements * **Mandatory Portfolio** demonstrating experience in design and video editing for social media. * Excellent spelling, writing (*copywriting*), and communication skills. * **Full Time Availability** (45 hours per week). * Proactivity and self-management ability. * Advanced English.
