




On behalf of one of our clients, an important international cooperation agency, we are seeking a Social Project Advisor to work in the Lima region. The position aims to strengthen the social protection system and active employment policies in Peru, including migrant and refugee populations. Work will be carried out with a territorial, gender, and intercultural approach. **Main responsibilities** · Implement project activities according to the logical framework, coordinating with the technical team. · Promote active employment policies, local economic development, and strengthening of MSMEs. · Provide technical advisory services to national entities and the Municipality of Rímac. · Coordinate territorial stakeholders: public sector, private sector, academia, and civil society. · Prepare studies, methodologies, terms of reference (ToR), and technical documents. · Organize workshops, dialogue spaces, and events. · Monitor assigned activities and report progress. **Essential requirements** · Bachelor's degree or licensed professional in economics, public management, law, sociology, or related fields. · 6 years of professional experience in public administration (national, regional, or local). · 4 years of experience in active labor market policies or local economic development. · Knowledge of key public-private actors in Lima. · Experience in inter-institutional coordination and creation of dialogue platforms. · Desirable: Master's degree; gender and human rights approach. · Desirable: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. · Proficiency in MS Office.
