We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles including finance, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers, and designers.\n\n\nOur people make the difference in our success.\n\n\n**Contract Type:**\n\nRegular (Undefined)\n**What are we looking for?**\n\n* Carry out commercial actions and campaigns targeting non-personalized customer segments and optional customers at the branch not assigned to any portfolio.\n* Plan, supported by available tools, and manage commercial activities in coordination with the Branch Manager to achieve product/service/migration targets.\n* Proactively manage the base of non-personalized and optional customers in terms of service quality and management outcomes, both via phone and in person.\n* Seize all opportunities arising at the branch to market products and services, as well as to update and maintain customer data permanently and prioritizing this during every interaction.\n* Continuously perform cross-selling during customer interactions, not limiting to a single product or transaction, but continuing with the sale process for complementary products whenever possible.\n* Provide comprehensive customer service, maintaining a consistent focus on service quality and promoting customer and transaction migration to alternative channels.\n* Responsibly manage incident resolution or complaints, ensuring service quality and response agility.\n* Permanently monitor live risk, proactively responding to risk alerts and anticipating potential deterioration in portfolio risk quality.\n* Continuously manage overdue risk (personal loans, credit cards, overdrafts, etc.) to plan and execute necessary recovery actions.\n* Evaluate and analyze credit transactions and escalate them to the appropriate levels for approval.\n* Inform, pre-qualify, and issue Credit and Debit Cards (within delegated authority).
