





Responsibilities: * Maintain organized and up-to-date physical and digital files. * Receive requests addressed to the Manager. * Prepare and format reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence. * Support expense, payment, settlement, and administrative license tracking and recordkeeping. * Possess knowledge of Finance and Treasury. * Assist in preparing results reports, management indicators, and projections. * Coordinate the Manager's agenda, meetings, travel, and presentations. * Manage communication and requirements with internal departments and suppliers. * Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on agreements. * Collaborate in improving administrative and financial processes. * Follow up on area contracts and renewals. * Assist in organizing events, trainings, and internal activities.
