Key Responsibilities:* Manage expense reports, travel allowances, and corporate cards. * Coordinate the distribution of mobility vouchers. * Schedule payments for reimbursements and fund requests. * Review and monitor travel allowances, tickets, insurance, and other related items. * Prepare provisions derived from expense reports. Requirements:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Degree in Accounting Sciences. * Experience with ERP Aurora – AS400\. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and other ERP systems. * Intermediate/advanced level of English.
