Your journey toward impact and innovation starts here at WSP! **Main Job Responsibilities:** * Be responsible for complying with the guidelines established in the Project CQA Plan and the WSP CQA Project Management Plan. * Supervise compliance with the implementation of the contractor's construction quality control plan, which will be validated and approved by WSP. * Verify compliance with field tests and laboratory testing, primarily in critical project activities identified. Ensuring that tests and inspections are performed according to the frequency and standards specified in the project's technical documents. * Know, understand and ensure compliance with the project’s technical requirements, including drawings, manuals, technical specifications, data sheets, quality and calibration certificates, field instructions (IDT), and applicable external specific standards in their latest revision. * Verify that all measuring equipment used on the project is calibrated, has valid certificates and proper calibration labels. * Review, verify traceability and approve the documents comprising the Contractor's Quality Dossier, according to the CQA and CQC plans. * Propose and implement modifications or improvements that optimize time and costs, ensuring formal documentation and approval from all stakeholders. * Promptly report quality deviations in materials, products or processes to provide solutions that prevent project impacts. * + 9\) Manage observations and non-conformities, verifying that appropriate root cause analyses are conducted by the Operations Contractor or the Quality Control department. * Conduct audits to verify and ensure the quality of materials and processes used in the project. * Review and ensure compliance with topographic controls and geotechnical instrumentation monitoring. * Generate and submit follow-up and control documents for deviations such as Surveillance Reports and Non-Conformance Reports (SVR’s and NCR’s) to the project constructor or executor. Likewise, perform control and follow-up until their respective closure. * Review, verify traceability and validate project component approval protocols carried out by the quality control department, and be responsible for maintaining an updated release log. * Issue reports with findings and recommendations to identify and resolve critical issues that may affect design and construction. * Coordinate daily activities with the construction quality control (CQC) supervision team. * Prepare and present the final CQA report for the project or work front. * Comply with internal policies and procedures of the Integrated Management System for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in the activities performed, among others. **Professional Background:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and/or Geological Engineering and/or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in CQA and/or earthworks and/or concrete structures and/or buildings and/or roads and/or bridges. * Desirable experience in CQA for mining sector projects. * Desirable postgraduate diploma or courses or specialization in quality management or construction project management or related topics. * Desirable driver's license. * Availability to work in Ancash under the required work regime. \#Peru \#LI\-VE1 \#LI\-Onsite **Primary Location** PE\-LIM\-Lima**Schedule** Full\-time**Employee Status** Temporary**Experience (Minimum Yrs.)** 5**Job Posting** Nov 5, 2025, 11:46:46 PM
